Host groups

Use host groups to apply shared path policies across similar systems:

• Production app servers
• Jump hosts and bastions
• Container worker nodes
• Database servers

Agent health

Monitor agent status from Hosts:

• Online — heartbeats are current
• Degraded — delayed scans or partial reporting
• Offline — no recent heartbeat

Upgrades

Roll agent updates in stages. Validate on a canary group before production fleets.
